How to Request a Refund


  1. Login to Your Account
    Go to "My Orders" and select the order needing a refund.
  2. Choose Refund Reason
    Select from options like damaged item, incorrect product, or change of mind.
  3. Upload Proof (Optional)
    Attach photos of defects or packaging for faster processing.
  4. Submit Request
    Confirm details and click "Submit" – we’ll review within 24 hours!

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing takes 3-5 business days after approval
  • Track status in "Order History"
