Choose Refund Reason
Select from options like damaged item, incorrect product, or change of mind. -
Upload Proof (Optional)
Attach photos of defects or packaging for faster processing. -
Submit Request
Confirm details and click "Submit" – we’ll review within 24 hours!
Key Notes
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing takes 3-5 business days after approval
- Track status in "Order History"
